Self-defence course for beginners
Intensive self-defence course of the Israeli KAPAP and Krav Maga system takes 2 months, with trainings twice a week.
Individual training, private lessons
At least 6 participants are required for opening the course (training). Individual trainings are always agreed with the instructor.
